Sir William Wells

Chairman

Sir William is Chairman of the Marr Procurement Board and was involved for 45 years as non executive in the NHS until 2010. His roles in the NHS included Chairman of the Royal Free Hospital, the Southern Region of the NHS, the Appointment Commission, the Commercial Advisory Board to the Department of Health and a Member of the General Council of the Kings Fund. Since then he has been involved in social and out of hospital care for a number of private sector companies. He Is currently chairman of the Practice Group ( provider of primary care), ADL plc (care homes), Pure Sports Medicine (MSK), Facilities First (Pathology), and a non executive director of HC One (care homes), CMG (Learning Difficulties). He is also the Strategic Adviser to Healthcare at Home the largest provider of acute care in the home.
