Sarah Hare

Principal Consultant

Sarah has over 20 years of procurement experience, she combines deep operational know-how with strategic advisory skills. She has delivered high-impact solutions globally predominantly in the health sector, including procurement under the UK Government’s emergency response to the Ebola epidemic in Sierra Leone.

Sarah has led a variety of global procurement modernisation projects, which optimise value for money through regional aggregation, her work in this area spanning the health and renewable energy sectors.  In addition, she has supported international governments and public sector organisations in modernising their public procurement frameworks, including mentoring governments on how to effectively embed sustainable procurement into policy and practice.

Sarah holds a BSc (Hons) in Sociology from Kingston University, London.
