Elena graduated with a BSc in Biomedical Engineering and holds an MSc in Distributed Systems & Web Technologies. She has built her career at the intersection of healthcare, technology and digital transformation, gaining experience across healthcare systems, clinical technology, data analytics and software implementation. Elena brings particular expertise in digital product delivery, systems integration, process optimisation and stakeholder collaboration, combining her technical background with a strong understanding of operational and business needs.

Prior to joining Marr Procurement, Elena brings experience from Cleveland Clinic London, Change Healthcare, NHS environments and Solidatus, working on healthcare technology, clinical systems, data-driven solutions and customer implementations. Her background includes supporting complex technical environments, translating customer requirements into effective digital solutions, and collaborating with technical and operational teams to improve processes and user experiences. At Marr Procurement, Elena works closely with procurement and operational stakeholders to support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of digital solutions, helping drive efficiency, informed decision-making and sustainable value through technology.
