Mike Harrington is a MCIPS qualified Chartered Procurement Professional with over fifteen years experience of public sector procurement, having worked within Local Authorities, Social Housing, Museum and the Justice sectors.

The past eight years have been within local authority public sector procurement with a focus on Construction & Professional services, ranging from Housing and General needs, new builds and refurbishment in both residential and commercial projects as well as more strategic solutions in the form of Measured term contracts and Framework Agreements. Mike has extensive experience in stakeholder management and presenting ideas for strategic solutions at board level.

Mike engages with clients to understand project objectives from the outset, aligning in their ethos for the project and ensuring a balanced solution is delivered with minimum risk, whilst also understanding the compliance, commercial, social values and value for money needs the client has.
